immediate past President of the Victorian Division, having served as National Vice President and two terms as State division President. He is also a member of the world’s largest debt recovery organisation, the ACA International (formerly known as American Collectors Association), previously serving as its Chairman - International Directors for six years. He has been awarded the Paul Bunyan Award and International Fellowship of Certified Collector status for service to the collection industry within and outside of Australia. In 2001, Neil was certified Master Credit Executive (MCE), the most prestigious certification offered by The Society of Certified Credit Executives (SCCE).

Neil has represented the industry in a government working party review of the Private Agents Act, in the debate revolving around the introduction of the Privacy Act, and was directly responsible for the introduction of the training course for Private Agents at Homesglen College of TAFE, acting as a lecturer for four years. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Certified Collector with the International Fellowship Certified Collectors and Associate Senior for the Australian Institute of Credit Management. He is also an appointed Justice of the Peace (JP) in Victoria, Australia

In addition, Neil is also a member of the International Association Insurance Fraud Agencies and the Australian Insurance Institute.

He is committed to the improvement of the industry as a whole, through the continued introduction of technology, staff training and negotiating with the relevant authorities to ensure the industry is able to retain access to matters of public record information.
