The international community of credit and collections professionals met up in Sydney, Australia between the 19th to 21st May, 2011 for the 3rd World Credit Congress and Exhibition (WCCE), which was hosted jointly by the International Collections Manager (ICM) and the Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA).
The 3rd World Credit Congress and Exhibition (WCCE) in Sydney, brought together Credit and Collection professionals from over 30 countries, around the globe, with a range of top speakers which included our Business Development Manager, Peter Wong, who participated on a discussion panel about “Risk Management Challenges in the Asia Pacific region”.
This prestigious event was endorsed by the Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association (HKCCMA) and the Global Credit Solutions (GCS) Group. Furthermore, GCS was present as one of the leading exhibitors. The congress was also held in conjunction with Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA), which represents collectors, investigators, process servers and repossession agents throughout Australia.
There were over 300 delegates in attendance at this World Congress to build on the successes which began in Mexico City in 2007, and followed by Dublin in 2009.
Mr. Luis Perez, the CEO of World Credit Congress & Exhibition 2011, along with Mr. Alan Harries, Executive Director of the Institute of Mercantile Agents provided without doubt one of the best credit management conventions seen in the Asia Pacific region and are to be complimented for their professionalism and foresight.
