"Disqualification Orders" from Companies Registry, Hong Kong

"Disqualification Order" (O), in relation to a person, means an order that, for a period specified in the order beginning with the date of the order, the person must not, without the leave of the court -
(a) be a director or liquidator of any company;
(b) be a receiver or manager of the property of any company; or
(c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of any company.


"Date" of Disqualification Order shown is the date record entered. Whilst records are periodically updated from the Companies Registry, Hong Kong, it should be noted that a record might have been expired or released prior to the date searched/viewed. Further details on particular case are available upon request, which are subject to a service charge + disbursement (e.g. government fees).
