Gordon
YUEN, Director - Receivables & Collection
Mr. Yuen entered into the credit & collection field in a leading debt collection company in 1987, as a Sales and Marketing Executive and later as a Debt Specialist in one of the leading debt collection agents in Hong Kong.
Gordon joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited in early 1992 as a Senior Debt Consultant,
was later promoted to Manager - Collection in 1996 and eventually to Director – Receivables and Collection in year 2000. In over 22 years of service in the credit & collection field, Gordon has been assisting corporate and individual debtors, to solve their debt problems by restructuring their financial positions, structuring repayment plans and on various occasions, acting as an arbitrator and mediator between creditors and debtors during difficult disputed cases.
Gordon is currently Head of Receivables & Debt Collection. In addition, Gordon is also a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.

Andrew
KWOK, Director - International Business Development
Mr. Kwok entered into the credit & collection industry in late 1987 as a sales & marketing executive in one of the Hong Kong's largest credit & collection companies in the industry.
He joined the Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited in 1989, as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive and was later promoted to Manager – Sales & Marketing in 1996. He was further promoted to Director – International Business Development in 2000.
In his over 22 years of service in the credit & collection field, Andrew has been assisting corporate and individual creditors, to solve their credit and debt problems by providing
professional guidance and consultancy in credit management.
Andrew is currently Head of International Business Development and Director of Public Relations as well as a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.
In February 2002, Andrew received the CCAE certification - the 3rd level certification program offered by the Society of Certified Credit & Collection Professionals (SCCCP) under ACA International.

Eddie
CHAN, Director - Greater China
Eddie Chan is the Group’s Business Development Director for Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, he was appointed to his position in 2007. He has over 15 years of commercial trade and manufacturing experience in the Greater China and APAC regions. He currently has overall responsibility on the sales and operational activities throughout Greater China.
Eddie’s career began in 1989, in the textiles, garment and accessories manufacturing industry, where he developed managerial and operational procedures which have since become the industry accepted standard in the Greater China and APAC regions.
Eventually, he joined Total Credit Management Group, (established in
1987) in 1998 bringing with him a broad range of commercial (managerial and operational) experience, initially as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, later being promoted to Manager of China & Asia Pacific in 2000 and finally appointed as Director - Greater China in 2007. He is also currently holds the post of Head of IT Development and Operations. In addition, he is a fellow member, as well as holding the post of webmaster, for the non-profit organization, Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association (HKCCMA).
Throughout his extensive career, he was one of the pioneers in the industry development and acceptance of the Sino-Foreign Equity Joint-Venture (also referred to as Equity Joint Venture – EJV). He
studied the legal and financial requirements with regards to investing and managing companies in
China at Zhongshan University. In 2006 and 2007, he was a speaker at the World SME Expo, where he gave highly-regarded SME Service presentations on China Business Practices. In addition since 2004, he has been part of the Asiagate* delegation to conferences worldwide.
*Asiagate – Asian credit information network set up jointly by the leading Asian credit reporting agencies in each country to provide a one-stop centre for credit information in the Asian region.

Maco
YEUNG, General
Manager - Finance and Administration
Ms. Yeung has over 20 years of extensive experience in client administration management in the Hong Kong insurance sector.
Maco joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited in 1989, first as an Administration Officer, and later promoted to Senior Manager - Finance and Administration in 2006.
She was eventually promoted to her current post of General Manager in 2008 and is currently also the Head of Finance & Human Resources.
Maco is currently a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.

Peter
WONG, Business Development Manager
Peter Wong is the Group Business Development Manager for Total Credit Management Group. Based in Hong Kong, he was appointed to his position in 2010. He has a significant risk management background especially on credit risk. He is currently responsible for international business development and marketing support activities in credit, collections and risk management, with a special focus on the Greater China and APAC regions.
Peter’s career began in March 1999, in the financial markets for derivatives, where he started off as a consultant specializing in commodity futures (metals and agriculture) in a leading financial and investment consulting group, eventually rising to the post of Assistant VP in 2003. With this experience, he progressed into corporate credit risk when he joined Graydon UK in 2006 as an UK Account Manager. He later joined the international sales arm, Graydon International at the end of 2007 as an International Account Manager, specializing in the sales and marketing of global credit risk solutions.
Later on, Peter was the Sales Manager for a local Hong Kong & China business information provider, where he had oversight responsibility for the business development of credit and risk management in the international arena.
Eventually, he joined Total Credit Management Group, established since 1987, bringing with him a broad range of experience from the international risk management and credit information field which was built up throughout Europe and around the world. This was then combined with the extensive collections expertise which Total Credit Management Group is internationally renowned for. Throughout this extensive career and financial background, he has contributed input into credit and risk management articles, and interviews worldwide. In addition, he has also been a speaker at various credit and risk management seminars in the region.
