Gordon YUEN, Director - Receivables & Collection

Gordon YUEN, FCCMA, He entered into the credit & collection field in a leading debt collection company, since 1987, as a sales and marketing executive and later as a debt specialist in one of the leading debt collection agents in Hong Kong. He left his previous employer in late 1991.

He joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited (the company) in early 1992 as senior debt consultant, promoted to Manager – Collections in 1996 and was further promoted to Director – Receivables and Collection in year 2000.

In the past years Gordon has been leading our collection team in helping corporate and individual debtors, in solving their debt problems by restructuring their financial positions, structuring repayment plans and in many occasions, acting as arbitrator and mediator between creditors and debtors in disputed and argumentative cases.

Gordon is currently in charge of the company’s receivables and collection businesses. He is a Member (FCCMA) of The Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.

Andrew KWOK, Director - International Business Development

Andrew Kwok, CCAE, FCCMA, He entered into the credit & collection field in one of the Hong Kong's largest companies in the industry since 1987. He left his previous employer as Assistant Marketing Manager in 1994.

He joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited (the company) in 1989 as a senior sales and marketing executive, promoted to Manager – Sales & Marketing in 1996 and was further promoted to Director – International Business Development since year 2000.
In his past years of service in the credit & collection field, Andrew has been helping corporate and individual creditors, in solving their credit and debt problems by providing professional guidance and consultancy in credit management.

Andrew is currently in charge of the company’s international business development. He is a Fellow Member (FCCMA) of The Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association. He served as the Executive Councillor from 2003-2005 in the association and now the Director of Public Relations.

In February 2002, Andrew was certified as CCAE, the third level certification program offered by the Society of Certified Credit & Collection Professionals (SCCCP).

Eddie CHAN, Director - Greater China

Eddie CHAN, FCCMA. He has over 16 years experience in China and Asia trade and manufacturing businesses.

He joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited in 1998 as a senior sales & marketing executive, promoted to Manager of China & Asia Pacific in 2000 and was further promoted to the Director - Greater China since 2007. Eddie is currently in charge of business development of Greater China market and also involved in the IT management and development.

He is the Webmaster and a Fellow Member (FCCMA) of Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.

Maco YEUNG, Senior Manager - Finance and Administration

Maco YEUNG, FCCMA. She joined Total Credit Management Services Hong Kong Limited in 1989 and is currently in charge of the finance and human resources departments. Maco is also a Member (FCCMA) of The Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association.
