Alan WOOD, MCE,
is the founder, and Managing Director of Total Credit
Management Services, and also the Managing Director of
Global Credit Solutions Limited,
Neil
is also the founder, past Chairman & Group Managing Director of TCM
Group International (L) Ltd. A Fellow of the Institute of
Mercantile Agents Limited (Australia), he is the immediate
past President of the Victorian Division, having served as
National Vice President and two terms as State division
President. |

is also a member of the world's largest debt recovery organisation,
the ACA International (formerly known as American Collectors
Association), and served as an International Director for 6 years. He
has been awarded Paul Bunyan Award and International Fellowship of
Certified Collector status for service to the collection industry within
and outside of Australia.

Mr.
Wood has represented the industry in a government working party review
of the Private Agents Act, in the debate revolving around the
introduction of the Privacy Act, and was directly responsible for the
introduction of the training course for Private Agents at Homesglen
College of TAFE, acting as a lecturer for four years.
He
is committed to the improvement of the industry as a whole, through the
continued introduction of technology, staff training and negotiating
with the relevant authorities to ensure the industry is able to retain
access to matters of public record information.
